The Model Farm Buildings had lain in total disrepair and unusable for around 50 years.  The roof was totally stripped, timbers replaced and the whole roof re-tiled using traditional methods with lime torching.

The interior animal stalls were restored and painted.  A new drainage system was installed around the perimeter.

This project also involved the conservation and restoration of the timber doors and ironmongery.  A covered yard was created with four trusses and the cupola fully restored.  Extensive brick work and decoration completed the project.
