Our processes include cutting, die-cutting (cutting shapes out of printed material, using a die), creasing – that is, mechanically press a rule into heavy paper or board to enable it to be folded without cracking –, embossing, perforating, thermography (also called raised printing, a method of printing using colourless resin powder that takes on the colour of underlying ink), hot-foil stamping, laminating (matt and gloss), full and spot UV varnishing (printed material bonded and cured with ultraviolet light), folding, collating, perfect binding, stitching, spiral binding as well as shrink wrapping. In-house hardcover binding allows for glamorous finishing of printed books, diaries and other publications of small to medium-size orders.
